everything was really perfect, truly exceptional hotel. the staff were all very friendly and well-trained. the location was perfect and top so close to everything. moreover, it was near the terminal, shops and restaurants --and the wine tram and local restaurants and the market. thoroughly enjoyed this property, had very special experience.

The staff is very friendly and excellent. The rooms are new-fashioned and fashionable with interesting decor and very comfy beds plus extra treats. The location is fantastic and wonderful as it's right by the centre as well as the coffee places and wine tram. Overall perfect food, plus there is Taki's Restaurant close by.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and worked perfectly for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel safe and welcome. My hotel room was well-designed and modern, featuring very comfy beds, delightful extra treats, and interesting decor. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of delicious options. The property is centrally located, just steps away from all the fantastic restaurants and attractions that Franschhoek has to offer.

Brilliant base for 2 nights. Nicely decorated units with interesting decor, very comfy beds, extra treats, and well-trained employees. Unbeatable and top location just a 15-minute walk from the center. Enjoyed a super nice area. Pleasant stay, as always.
